I am an attorney with over 29 years experience and would welcome the opportunity to be of service to you.  I started by own private practice in 2000. Prior to that I worked at a small law firm in Livonia, Michigan. I also worked for a non-profit association, Michigan Assisted Living Association, where I advised non-profit organizations and corporate clients on entity formation, state licensing, employee matters, and other business issues.
